Thank you for taking the time to visit us at Richport Properties, and I hope we can earn the opportunity to become your builder. It's a confusing time, however, to make such an important decision. It seems there's bad news every day in the newspapers, and builders are adding more uncertainty with weekend specials and discounts that sound more like yard sales than purchasing the most important asset you'll ever own.

Having spent the past 32 years building homes for folks just like you, I've been through a lot of turmoil and learned some important lessons. First, build every home with the quality that you expect in your own. Second, provide the best value possible to the customer in good times as well as bad. Third, be there when your customers need help. I intend for Richport Properties to apply these lessons every day. We don't watch the stock market here at Richport to know what actions to take. We don't charge too much when times are good. We don't wait for instructions from some Board of Directors in New York. Year in and year out we do our best to do the right thing and help you enjoy the place you call home. I'm the third generation of my family involved in housing right here in Atlanta, and I'll be here long after some of the "Johnny come latelys" are gone.
