1. Choose the home site you want from our extensive variety that ranges from golf course views in Covington, GA to lake views in Newborn,GA to swimming pool proximity in Suwanee, GA. You can even choose a home site with the garage on the front, side or rear depending on where you want to carry your groceries into your home!
2. Pick the plan that you want from a wide selection of plans that have been designed by our Georgia Tech graduated staff designer. You can choose from one level living, story and ½ cape cods, and two stories with the master up or on the main level. Each home plan also has a variety of front areas to choose from such as full front porches or balconies.
3. Choose the options you want in your home, if any. Our standard features list is so extensive that this list is often complete. If you do want to choose from our option program, you are in the driver’s seat as you determine when the options are installed based on the payment schedule that fits you best. Want an option that is not on the list? No problem, we love working with you to find exactly what you are looking for. We can even make wall and plan changes at your request.
4. Decorate your home with one of our new home decorating experts at our design center. You pick the wall colors, the carpet samples, the cabinet finish…it is all you. And you don’t even have to make these selections the day you contract to buy your new home. Make an appointment with your new home expert on a day that fits you best. Bring in the pillows you want to match, the pictures from the magazines, even bring your best friend. This is important. This is you.
5. Move into your new Richport home in the time frame that you choose. Depending on the subdivision, it is only 60 to 120 days before you are enjoying grilling on your back porch or sipping coffee on your front porch.
