Richport Properties welcomes Robert Buchanan and Carly Butts to its construction team. The new additions to the team reflect the company's strong approach to building quality homes and 'Building a Better World.'

Buchanan will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new homes at Orchard Park in Covington. A resident of Lawrenceville, Buchanan has been in the home building industry for 20 years, 15 of which have been in Atlanta.
Orchard Park is a new mixed use community in Newton County, near historic Covington. The community, which incorporates neo-traditional elements, brings a different kind of neighborhood to Covington. Priced from the high $130,000s, homeowners will enjoy living in an intimate community close to the city that is respectful of the land. A large amount of greenspace and a community lake have been incorporated into the land plan. Richport Properties is building 37 townhomes at Orchard Park.
Butts has worked for Richport Properties since June 2004. Earning valuable on-site experience, Butts' previous roles with Richport Properties include Finishing Manager, Warranty Technician and Warranty Coordinator. In this new role, Butts will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new homes at Avington in South Forsyth.
Avington is a traditional neighborhood featuring the timeless architecture of Craftsman-style homes priced from the $230,000s to the $260,000s. Richport Properties is building 75 two-story homes in this old-fashioned neighborhood. Sidewalks and a gas light outside each home create a quaint atmosphere, complemented by a rear entry garage for each home and an interesting combination of welcoming front porches and screened back porches.
