  • To ensure that homeowners are aware of the items within their homes, Richport representatives provide the new homeowner with information about the basic operation of major appliances, heating and cooling systems, water heater, plumbing, etc. Richport will also cover warranty supplied by the vendors who helped
    in the construction of your home and our one year warranty.

  • To ensure our new homeowners are well informed, Richport Properties offers a new home orientation, which devotes several hours to educating homeowners. It is a positive learning experience about your new home given in two sessions. These orientations educate home owners about thier new homes’ components and systems, your responsibility for maintenance and upkeep, as well as warranty coverage and procedures.

  • A walk-through with the builder’s representatives gives home owners an opportunity to go through a checklist to identify items that may need to be corrected. This step is sometimes referred to as the scratch & dent, missing, broken and bent day. Together we inspect the home to find any deficiency that needs attention prior to move in. This includes cosmetic and functional items.

  • Our dedicated sales agents provide all new home owners with two informative packets to keep as references once they have purchased a Richport home.
