These orientations educate home owners about thier new homes' components and systems, your responsibility for maintenance and upkeep, as well as warranty coverage and procedures.
• A walk-through with the builder's representatives gives home owners an opportunity to go through a checklist to identify items that may need to be corrected. This step is sometimes referred to as the scratch & dent, missing, broken and bent day. Together we inspect the home to find any deficiency that needs attention prior to move in.
