Richport’s customer care begins when you purchase your home with a clear guideline of standard features plus unique custom options. These are all provided by our two on-staff Georgia Tech Architecture graduates. Prior to closing, Carly Butts, Richport’s Customer Care manager, will adjust your home with two on site orientations. This is to not only insure the home is complete to your expectations but to walk you through a two-hour session of how the major systems work and how to maintain those for maximum value.

Additionally, your Richport home is insured with a strong national homeowners warranty program. This program offers a one-year workmanship, a two-year systems and a ten-year structural warranty.
